We've done a lot of company identity systems as well as named our fair share. It isn't easy today to name a company. Sometimes you have to make up a phonetic, search unused domains and negotiate a reasonable transfer fee, or scan for reasonably priced domains - or get lucky when you put two words together, such as our recent project for building security provider WelcomeGate (which we named, built a site for and created its identity).

Adeptra
is a leading provider of automated call center services, but its logo was as out of date as its Web site. ALG's creative strategy called for a design that makes the company seem substantial as Microsoft, SAP, etc., and the client insisted on a "feel good" tag line that is mission-relevant. Did we succeed? You be the judge.

Excel Partner
is a specialist in the recruitment of elite IT talent. As we developed its new Web site, we realized that the old logo just wasn't contemporary enough. And the client agreed. Here you see the result, with tagline by ALG.

While we are working on strategy with Excel Partner, research showed that there was an opportunity to secure thought leadership through a blog on recruiting elite IT talent. Originally conceived of as a new name for the firm, Excel Partner and ALG agreed that Agile Elephant would be a great blog name. And, so it was.

Welcome Gate is a new name created by ALG for the UK's only distributor of Avery visitor management software (it
also sells and installs a wide array of building security technology). We wrote its tagline and built a Web site using Joomla (the foundation of ALG's E-Z Care Web sites, which put the user in control after we've build them).

Vintage Building Products
reclaims and recycles heart pine hardwood and brick from old mills and
other buildings throughout the South. We created a unique identity that demostrates the notion of a "green sawmill" and positions the firm as an eco-conscious choice. ALG also designed and wrote its Web
site, creating a new Joomla template that can easily be maintained by Vintage staff.

Gigi's Closet is an upscale online retailer of lingerie that was languishing before its founders came to ALG for new go-to-market strategy. We renamed the firm (was Cosa Lusso), gave it a mythology and feminine point-of-view, and through market research, identified the most profitable segments of the market for it to pursue. You go girl!
