Honesty is the best policy...that's what we were told growing up. And that's what won the Connecticut Statewide Multiple Listing Service account. Other agencies told this savvy organization what they thought they wanted to hear. ALG presented an analysis of CTMLS objectives and resources allocated to the job and told the board that a larger budget was needed - and we backed up our assertion with facts.
